Respondent. / CASE NO. 79-1217-FR ORDER OF CONTEMPT THIS CAUSE was heard on JAN[1ARY 12, 1981 . upon the Motion for Enforcement and Contempt previously filed herein by tl~e Petitioner, and the Respondent having not bee~- present in open court in person, and the Petitioner having been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of the part3es and being•fully advised in the premises, it is therefore ADJUDGID that the Respondent, g{~y HOOPER, JR. ~ is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support payments in the amount of $ 930.00 , amount due as ot ~ovember 24# 7980 . and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is - ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punislunent for his contempt the Respondent shall be conEined in the St. Lucie County Jail, Furt Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt is suspended until ~CH ]„~_ 198] . conditioned upon the Respondent paying to~the Clerk of Circuit Court of this c~unty on or before MARCH 13, 1981 ,[h~ sum of $~~Q.00 , p]us $2.00 statutoty fee. Upon the failure of the Respondent to make payment in full of the aforesaid amount on or before MARCH 13, 1981 , you aml your duly authorized deputies are therefore and ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THF. STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered to take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can b~~ found and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and senEence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court~shall 6r promptly nutlfied of i~is ~rrest. It i,s furthcr ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is hereby ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from the Respondent until tl~e above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of llealth and Rehabili- tative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Wine~rood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further_ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ti~e above arrearage payment shall be in addition to the reRular support payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and said payment shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by the Clerk o~f Circuit Court to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services unless a Notice has been or is f iled by the Department directing said payment to the custodial parent. .~ It is furti~er ~ORDERED AND ADJIIDCED that this order of contempt does not annul any prior order(s) of contempt or order(s) relating to support arrearages.
