Borrower and Lender hereby expressly adopt and incorporate by reference into thia Mortgage and
hereby aqree to be bound by the covenants and aqreements contained in Utiform Covenants numbered 1
through 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18. 19, 20, 22, and 23 of the master form of mortgage
recorded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Pcoperty is located and
in which this Mortgage is offeced for record on the date~ in the volume and, at the page as follows:

Such provisions as aze incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19, 20~ 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
references to the Propecty. Borrower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Propecty~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borcower acknowledqes receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisiona
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and aqree
as follows: •
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Boirower~ Lender, at L.ender's option w~thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortqage~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with
interest thereon~ shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promis4ory notes statinq that said
notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the ~ecurity of this Mortgaqe~ exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US $ NONE
