~ THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before me, with~

~'Petitioner and her counsel present, and it appearing that

Petitioner/Wife is a resident of Florida qualified to bring a
proceeding for dissolution of marriage, and that the marriage is
irretrievably broken; it is therefore
;; CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

1. That the marriage of the parties is hereby dissolved,_
~and the said par-ties are hereby forever free from the bonds of
matrimony, heretofore existing between them and the obligations
arising therefrom, a vinculo matrimonii.
~ 2. That the Agreement entered into by and be~ween the
:parties~ and daCed November 2, 1978, which Agreement has been
introduced as Petitioner`s Exhibit 1 in this cause, is hereby
:approved, ratified and made a part of this Judgment, and the
~:parties are hereby directed to comply with its terms.

3. That this Court retains jurisdiction of this cause

- 'for enfarcement of the provisions of this Judgment.
