THIS AGREEMENT. made Chis ~~~ day of November, 1978,
by and between BARBARA JEANyE PHILLIPS, hereafter called the
Wife, and CHARLES RICHARD PHILLIPS, hereafCer called the Husband.
WITNESSETH:
The parties are Husband and Wife. They were married on
July 2, 1954 at Canton, Ohio. There is the foZlowing child of
the marriage: JEFFREY CHARLES PHILLIPS; no additional issue is
contemplated. ~
In consequence of disputes and irreconcilable differences,
the parties have separated and are now living apart. In view of
their intention to continue to live apart for the rest of their

natural lives, they desire to settle their respective property
rights and to agree on support provisions for the Wife and the
issue of the marriage.
Therefore, the ~arties agree:
1. SEPAP,ATION, The parties at all times hereafter shall
continue to live separate and apart, free from interference by
~each other. Each party may reside at the place or places he or
she may select.
2. SUPPORT FOR WZFE. The Husband shall pay to the Wife
for her support and maintenance the sum of $25.00 per month, in
advance on the first day of each month, beginning on November 1.
1978 (the payments are to be mailed or delivered to the Wife so as
to reach her by or before the first day of each month), subject,
however, to the following:
a. ~n case of the remarriage or_death of the tJife, the
obligation to oake further payments by the'Husband shall cease,
;except that he shall be liable for any arrears.
~~ b. The monChly amount a~ove stated, as well as the
provisions of Paragraph 3 of this Agreement, have been fixed by
the parties in view of the representations made by boCh parties
-to thg other as to their respective financial status.
