3. SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN. The Husband during the minority
of the child, or until he is~emancipated or self-supporting, shall
pay to Che [Jife for the support and maintenance of the child of
~he parties the sum of $375.00 per month, the payments Co be made
at the time of and in the manner provided for payments described
in Paragraph 2 above. From those payments, the Wife shall make
all payments required For the maintenance, upbringing-and educaCion
of the child of the parties, except that the Husband agrees to be
responsible for the child's medical expenses and to provide the
child with a college education by paying all reasonable expenses
incurred by the child in the pursuit of said education. Addit~ion-
ally, the Husband shall be responsible for the child's medical

expenses while he is attending college. The payments shall
continue without deduction even though temporary custody of the
child may be with the Husband for brief periods and even though
the child may b,e temporarily away at school or camp or otherwise.
4. CUSTODY OF CHILDREN. Primary custody of the child of
the parties shall be with the Wife, subject to the following:
a. The Husband shall have reasonable rights of visitation
to and with the child. The term "reasonable rights of visita~ion"
shall be construed liberally.
b. During school vacation periods in the su~ner, the
Husband shall have the right to have the child live with him for
a period of 30 consecutive days, providing arrangements are made
with the Wife in advance, including payment by the Husband to the
Wife of any travel expense occasioned by the visitation.
c: Each party shall notify the other promptl~ of any
serious illness or of any serious accident befalling the child.
d. Concerning all matters of policy involving the child,
such as his health and education, the parties shall confer with a
view to adopting a harmonious attitude best calculated to promote
the child's welfare.
