S. DIVISION OF PROPERTY BETj~IEEN THE PARTIES. The parties
hold fee simple title•as tenants by the entireties to the marital
residence located at 159 N.W. Avens Street, Port St. Lucie,
Florida, fur~her described as;

Lot 6, B1ock 105, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION No. 27,
according to the plat thereof on-file as recorded
in Plat Book 14, Page 5, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The Husband agrees to execute a quit-claim deed conveying
said property to the Wife simultaneous with the execution of this
Agreement. The ZJife shall become solely responsible for the
first mortgage payments with Citizens Federal Savings & Loan
Association. taxes, insurance and maintenance on said home. The
Husband, however, shall be responsible for the second mortgage
payments to David and Doris Schenandoah.
The Husband further agrees to assign to the Wife all cash
benefits he receives from a Workmen's Compensation case that is
to be filed in the future and for which the Husband is presently
undergoing medical treatment.
All personal property has been divided between.the parties.
`6. WIFE'S ATTORNEY'S FEE. The Husband agrees to pay the
Wife's reasonable attorney's fee for the preparation of this
Agreement and for obtaining a final judgment of dissolution of
marriage. Said fee is $375.00 plus $39.00 costs.
7. ~1UTUAL RELEASE. Except as otherwise provided in this
Agreement, each party releases the other from all claims or
demands up to the date of the execution af this Agreement. Except
as otherwise provided, each party waives. releases and relinquishes
all rights that he or she may now have or may hereafter acquire
