Buyers' spot muket price per pounci of soliJs at the time of delivery, less the items ~o be deducted ~s stata! in puagraphs 4 and 5 of this
contrxt This is to be known as the "tentative price". In the event that the fruit has been picked or transponed, or both, by some person, the
chuges for such service as sel forth above are to be deducted from the "tentative price" beforc payment is made. The (inal price to be paid to
Grower will be bucd upon the pet amount received by Buyer kx the chilled onnge juice sold. All fruit rectived from all wurces (including
Buyer's own oranges, arrd all the onnges they may buy) will be used and all suppliers will be trcated equally in computing that price. The price
for fruit clusified u euly and midseason (ruil will be determined as one c+tegory and the price of fruit clacsified as late seuon will be
