ADDENDUM
ADDF•NDUM to Contract !K-C95-12 , dated November 5, 1980 , bett~reen
TROPICANA PRODUCTS, INC., and S. N. KNIGHT= JR. .
{~lhere this ADDENDUM may be inconsistent with the printed portion of the
contract, the terms of the ADDF.NDUM shall prevail.
1. Not~rithstanding the provisions of the contract, Tropicaaa Products,
Inc.•s participation price paid to Seller will be as computed in
the contract, but will not be less than:
A. Seventy-five ($.75) cents per pound solids in the 1980-1981
season,"upon delivery of that fruit to Tropicana•s plant,
less applicable taxes and any other authorized deductions,
or -
B. eightq (80x) percent of Tropicana Products, Inc.'s Daily
Cash Market Price, if greater than Paragraph A above, less
applicable taxes and a~ other suthorized deductions, upon
delivery of that fruit to Tropicana's plant.
2. It is also understood that the prices set forth above are guaranteed
prices for the year indicated. The actual price will be the
guaranteed price, PLUS all the rise determined by the formula
provided in the contract if it exceeds the guaranteed price provided
for herein.
