4. The iruil i~ to be paiJ tor as foUows: Buyer will ad.ance Grower wtekly far all fruit delivereJ during that week at the rate of ~ o!
Buyers' spot market price per pound of ~olids at the time of Jelivery, less the items to be deducted u statod in puagraphs 4 and 5 of this
contract. This is to be known as Ihe "tentative price". In ~he event that the fruit has been picknf or ~ransported, or bah, by some person, the
chuges (or such service as set forth above are to be deJucicd from tMe "tentauve price" before payment is made. The final price to be paiJ to
Grower will be based upon ihe pet amount received by Buyer for the chilled orange juke sold. All fruit rcccived from all sources (incluJing
Buyer's own oranges, and all tht onnges tbey may buy) will be used and all suppl iers will be trcatni eyually in computing that price. The pricc
for fruit clusified u early and m~dseason fruit will be determmed as one category and the price of fruit cla~sified as late seuon will be
determined u a sepan~e category. The price for bdh categixie. will be computed as folbws: Buyer will deJuct from his ne~ F O. B. Brxienton.
