S. The fruil is to be paid for as follows: Buyer will ad~ance Grower aeekly for all fruit dtlivered Uuring lhat week at the rate of 80~r of
Buyer~ spot muket price per pounJ of wlids at ~he ume of delrvery, less the items to be deducted u stated in puagnphs 4 and 5 of this
contrxt. This is to be known as the "tentative price". In the event that Ihe fruit has been picked or lransported, or bo1h, by wme person, the
chuges tor such servict u set forth above are to bt deducled from Ihe "tenta~ive price" bef~xe payment is maik. The final price ta t+e ptid to
Grower will be based upon the pet amount received by Buyer for the chilled orange juice sold. All ftuil rcctived from all sources (inclucfing
Buyet's own oranges, and ~11 the ownges Ihey may buy) will be used and all supplien will be Ireated equally in computing that price. The price
for fruit classified as euty and midseason fruit wilt be determined as one category anJ ~he price of fruil clacsified as lale seuon will be
determined u a separate categwy. The price forbothcategcxies will be compuled u follows: Buyer will deduct from his net F O. B. Bradenton,
Florida. selling price less albwances, certaro items ot cost anJ profil as follows:
