SATISFACTION OF LIEN
(Sunland Gardens)
• WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 69-1546, Laws of
Florida, 1969, on the 12th day of September, 197~ filed a lien
aqainst FRANK c. JOHNSON on the follcwinq
described property in St. Lucie County, Florida; to-wit:
• Lots 9 and 10, Block 36
Sunland Gardens
in the ambunt of $ 4.~5 , said lien being recorded in O.R.
~ Book 243, at pages 1989 through 1995 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said lien has been paid in full and should be
discharqed and satisfied of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. ?~ucie County,-Florida, in.meeting assembled
