exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said `

of the Southeast 4 of the Southeast 4 of Section 5, Township 36
South,.Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, and the West right
of way line of Hawley Road; thence run S 89~ 57' 22" W, along the
said South line of the North 360 feet, a distance of 131.67-feet;
thence run N 00° 02' 38" W, a distance of 132.84 feet; thence run
S 85° O1' 14" E, a distance of 109.08 feet, to the Point of Curvature
of a curve concave to the Southwest; thence run Southeasterly along
said curve having a radius of 25.00 feet, an~interior angle of
84° 51' 36", and an arc length of 37.03 feet, to the Point of Tangency
of said curve; thence run S 00° 09' 38" E, tangent to said curve, a
distance of 98.43 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING: all lyinq and
being in Section 5, Townshio 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOl.D the same, with appurtenances, unto the said

and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lein of said mortgage, ans! every part there-
of; Provided, always nevertheless, tfiat nothing therein co~tai~ed shall in anywise impair, alte~ or diminish the effect,
