State of Florids, in 0. R. Book 284 Page 274 , granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEOERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of One Hundred Thi rteen Thousand and 00/100-------------

with interest as therein mentioned:

requested the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
ises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operatio~ of said Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the p~emises as the sum one dollar and other good s~td~~l}~~le,apnsideration

at the time of the execution hereof, the reoeipt wfiereof is hereby acknowledged, dces remisc, release, quit claim,
exonerate and discha~ge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said

Begin at the intersection of the South line of the North 30 feet
of the Southeast 4 of the Southeast 4 of Section 5, Township 36
South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, and the West
right of way line of liawley Road; thence run S 00° 09' 38" E,.
alonq the said West right of way, a distance of 121.13 feet, to
the Point of Curvature of a curve concave to the Northwest; thence
run Southwesterly along the said curve having a radius of 25.00
feet, an interior angle of 95° 08' 24", and an arc lenqth of
41.51 feet, to the Point of Tanqency; Thence run N 85°~O1' 14" W,
tangent to said curve, a distance of 85.97 feet; thence run N 00°
02' 38" W, a distance of 138.05 feet; thence run N 89~ 57' 22" E,
a distance of 112.58 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING: all lying
and being in~Section 5, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida.
TO HAVE ANO TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said
Donald H. DeMeules
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lein of said mortgage, and every part there-
of; Provided, always nevertheless, tfiat notfiing therein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish tfie effect,
lein or incumbrance of.the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released
therefrom, or any of the righu and remedies of the holde~ thereof.
