West right of way,_a distance of 121.13 feet, to the Point of Curva-
ture of a curve concave to the Northwest; thence run Southwesterly
along the said curve having a radius of 25.00 feet, an interior angle ~
of 95°08'24", and an arc length of 41.51 feet, to the Point of Tangency;

Reserving to the grantor a perpetual easement over, upon and across the
