Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 hercof or abandonme~t of the Property. Lender shall be entided to have a rcceiver appointed by a~-ourt to enter upon. take possession of and manage the Pmpetty and to collect the te~ts of the Property. including thase past due. Upon request by Borrower, l.ender, at I.ender's option within twenty years from the date of this Morigage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon. shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidencod by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby.
