rcceiver appointed by a coun to enter upon. take possession of and manage the Property and to colkct the nnts of t6e
Praperty, including those past due. All re~ts collectod by the receiver shall be applied 8nt to payment of the coats of
management of the Property and collection of rcnts, includi~g, but ~ot limited to. roaiver s foa. prtmiums on receiver s
bonds and reasonabk attorney's fea. and then to the sums secured by this Mortgage. The reoeiver shall be liabk to account
only tor those rcnts actually rcceived.
21. Fotore Advaeces. Upon request by Borrower. Lender, at I_ender's option within twenty yeaa from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advanca. with intet~est theroo~. shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby. At no time shall the priacipvl
amount of the indebtednas socured by this Mortgage. not i~cludins sums advat~ood in aooordanot 6erc+vith w protect ihe
