INSURANCE CO:KPANY OF AMERICA ("Prudential") and ANDREW W. ti'ILLIA.*tS and
ROBIN W. WILLIAMS ("Williams"),
W I T N F S S E T N:
WHEREAS, by Florida Mort~age and Security ARreement dated January 24,
1979, l~illiams granted and delivered to Prudential a security interest in
real property set forth and described in said Florida Mort~aRe and Security
A~reement, which instrument was recorded in Official Records Book 302, PaRe
2364, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and.
WHEREAS, by Promissory Note dated January 24, 1979, in the ori~inal
unpaid principal amount of 'Ifao Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($230,000.00)
Williams promised to pay Prudential the principal sum of $230,000.00 toRether
with accrued interest as set forth in said Note, and
~ WHEREAS, Williams endorsed the aforementioned Note, and
WHEREAS, Prudential and Williams wish to amend the terms and conditiotrs
of the aforementioned ~7ote and Florida :!ortRage and Security A~reement.
NOH' THEREFORE, for and in considerarion of the above-stated premises
and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof by each is
hereby acknowledged, it is agreed as follows:
1: Interest Rate.
The interest rate set forth and reflect by the Promissory Note dated
January 24, 1979, and.the Florida Mort~a~e and Security A~reement dated
January 24, 1979, be and the same is hereby amended to twelve and one-half
percent (12-!~), effective as of the date of the recordin~ of the Deed by

Flilliams to Larry G. Catron and Patricia E. Catron. All of the other terms
and conditions of the Note and Florida *tortgage and Security ARreement,
other ~han those amended by this Modification, shall remain in full force
and effect and unchanRed.
2. Sale of *iort~aRed Premises.
Sale and transfer of the mortqa~ed premises to Larry G. Catron and
Patricia E. Catron is approved.
3. Personal Liability.
Personal liabilitv of tlilliams on the aforementioned Note and Florida
