ADJiJDGED FURTHER, that distributees shall be personally
liable for all lawPul claims against the estate of the decedent.
not to exceed the amount of distributive share.
ADJUDGED FURTHER. that debtors of the decedent. those
holding property of the decedent. and those with whom securities
or other properties of decedent are registered, are authorfzed
and empowered to con~ply with this Order by paying, delivering.
and transferring to those specified above the parts of the
decedent's estate assigned to them by this Order, and such
persons shall not be accountable to anyone else for the property.
