ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK), alleqes:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
the named personal representative. Petitioner's name and
address are: SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, 111 Orange Avenue,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and the name and address of
Petitioner's attorneys are as set forth at the end of this
petition.
2. Decedent, Andrew Brektser, whose last known address
was 827 South 6th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and whose
social security number is 051-07-1319 , died on December 26,
1980, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death dece-
dent was aged 82 years and was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
