4. Venue of this proceeding is in this co;irity because
decedent died a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, whose address is
~ set forth above is qualified under the laws of Florida to
serve as personal representative of the decedent's estate
and is entitled to preference in appointment as personal-repre-
sentative because it is the named alternate personal represen-
tative and the named personal representative having predeceased
the decedent.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are: Cash and securities having a value of over
$60,000.00
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's Last Will dated
October 18, 1972, accompanies this petition.
. 9. Petitioner acknowledges that it is qualified to
act as personal representative under the laws of the State of
Florida and that it will faithfully administer the estate of
said decedent according to law.
Petitioner requests tl-iat the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and that it be appointed personal repre-
sentative of the estate of the decedent.
