I, ANDREW BREKTSER, of St. Lucie County, Florida,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my Executor to pay out of my
residuary estate, all of my just debts, including the ex-
penses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give, devise and bequeath all of
the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real and _
personal, wherever situate and whether.acquired before or
after the execution of this Will, to my wife, FANNY BREKTSER,
as her own absolutely, provided she survives me, and if
she does not survive me, then I direct my Executor to
liquidate all of the assets in my estate and reduce them
to cash and to divide the net residue of my estate equally
among the follawing three (3) beneficiaries:
A. To my niece, LILLY FREDRIKSEN, presently
residing at Hovet i Hallingdal, Norway;
B. To my nephew, OSMUND JOHAN FEDJ~, presently
residing at Tveita Vegan 7, 5570 Tyssedal,
Norway; and
C. To my niece, JENNY AHLSEN, presently
residing at Ulvegjilet 45, 4500 Mandal,
Norway. _
-D. If any of the three (3) foregoing named
beneficiaries shall fail to survive me and
shall leave a descendant or descendants living
at my death, such descendants shall represent
their ancestor and take said ancestor's share,
per stirpes, otherwise the share of such de-
cedent shall drop out,~thereby increasing the
shares of the others of said three ( 3) fore-
going named persons, or their descendants, as
the case may be.
