LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ANDREW BREKTSER - Page R~ao
CLAUSE III: I nominate and appoint my wife, FANNY
BREKTSER, as Executrix oE this Will, to serve without bond,_
and in the event she shall die, resign, or be unable for
any reason to act as such, then I name and appoint ST.
LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its corporate
successor, as such Executor.
My personal representative is invested with full
power and authority to sell, convey, transfer and assign
any and all personal property and real estate belonginq to
my estate. '
CLAUSE IV: In the event that my wife, FANNIE
BREKTSER, and I die under such circumstances that it cannot
be determined which of us predeceased the other., I direct
that it shall be conclusively presumed that I survived my
said wife, and the provisions of this Will shall be con-
strued and the distribution of 'property shall be governed
anc~ ~~~c~i~~tted as if I had, in fact, survived my said wife.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and seal, this ~~_ day of October, 1972.
