The Petitioner, JOSEPH R. KRAJICEK, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as desig-
nated Personal Representative and sole beneficiary thereof.
Petitioner's name and address are Joseph R. Kra~icek, 3526
Atlantic Boulevard, Vero Beach, Florida, 32960, and the name and
address of Petitioner's attorney are as set forth at the end of
this Petition.
2. Decedent, JOSEPH KRAJICEK. whose last known address was
201 South 22nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida. 33450, died on
December 26, 1980 at Stuart, Martin County, Florida, and at the
time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known~~the name of the beneficiary of this
estate, his address and relationship to decedent, are as follows:~

in appointment because he is designated as the Personal Represen-
tative in the Last Will and Testament of the decedent.
