Identification and Revocation: I, JOSEPH KRAJICEK, of the
City of Fort Pierce, Florida, hereby revoke all former wills and
codicils by me made and declare this Co be my Last Will.
II.
Joint Property: All property, real or personal, tangible
or intangible, which I shall own at the time of my death ~ointly,
or otherwise in the name of myself and any other person, which
shall inure thereon to that person, shall upon my death become
their sole property should they survive me. It is my understand-
ing that all-right, title and interest in such property will pass
by operation of law to such person upon my death. Nevertheless,
I hereby eliminate any doubt~as to the right of such person to
succeed to full and immediate possession and ownership.
III.
Appointment of Personal Representative: I appoint my son,
JOSEPH R. KRAJICEK, to serve as Personal Representative under
this Will. I direct that no bond will be required of the Personal
Representative under this Will.

Powers of the Personal Representative: The Personal Repre-
sentative named'in the Will and their successors and the parties
serving in their stead shall have all the powers and protection
granted unto Trustees and Personal Representatives by statute at
the time of application, in addition to and not in limitation of
any comnnon law of statutory authority, and without application to
