by wid ATHENA PROIOS, and said objections having therec~fter during trial been
withdrawn by stipuiation entered on the recads of this Court before and approved
by HON. JOHN D. BENNETT, Surrogate, on lanuary 23, 197~? an~ ,lanuary 24, 1979
