Section 35. a distance of 200 feet; thence
run East parallel to the North line of said
Section 35, to the West boundary of the
Indian~River; thence Northwesterly along the
West bank of the Indian River to a point due
East of the Point of Beginning; thence run
West parallel to the North line of said
Section 35 to the Point of Beginning; same
being a part of the North 1,240 feet of the
E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 35, Township
35 South, Range 40 East; EXCEPTING THEREFROM,
however, the right-of-way of the Florida East
Coast Railway Company, and~right-of-way for
public road known as Indian River Drive.
It is further
ORDERED ANU ADJUDGED that those to whom specified parts
of the decedent's Estate are assigned by this Order shall be
entitled to receive and collect the same, and to maintain
actions to enforce the right. And it is further
`ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that debtors of the decedent,
those holding property of the decedent, and those with whom
securities or other property of decedent are registered, are
authorized and empowered to comply with this Order by paying,
" delivering, and transferring to those specified above the parts

~ of the decedent's Estate assigned to them by this Order, and
; the persons so paying, delivering, or_transferring, shall not
~; be accountable to anyone else for the property.
