SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT IN FORECLOSURE
This action was heard on Plaintiff's motion for summary final
judgment, and it is
ADJUDGED that:
1. Plaintiff, PUBLIC FIlVANCE SERVICE OF FLORIDA, INC. ,
a Florida corporation, is due $9?38. 36 as principal and interest, $64. 80
late charges to date of this judgment, $36. 68 for fire insurance payment,
$11, 772.10 to pay off First Mortgage, $?50. 00 for attorney's fees with $55. 82
court costs now taxed, under the note and mortgage sued on in this action
• making a total sum of $22, 417.-76.
2. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to any claim
or estate of Defendants, RALPH W. EAWARDS and BLANCHE EDWARDS,
his wife, on the following-described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 7 and 8, Block C, Benjamin Hogg's Addition to Ft.
Pierce, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1, page ~
1, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by law
and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this judgment are not
paid within three (3) days from this date, the clerk of this court shall sell
the. property at public sale on .~/~r- ~~~ , at ~a` ~C ~'~
. to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth below, at the front door
of the courthouse in St. Lucie County in Fort Pierce, Florida, in accordance
with F. S. 45. 031.
