STIPULATED FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on upon joint motion for the entry
of a Final Judgment made by the Plaintiff and the Defendant set
forth hereinbelow, and it appearing to the Court that the parties
were authorized to enter into such motion, and the Court finding
that the compensation to be paid by the Plaintiff is full, just
and reasonable for all parties concerned, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, EILEEN BOLIN, does
have and recover of and from the Plaintiff the sum of THIRTEEN
THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($13,000) in full payment for the
property (designated Parcel 106 herein) taken and for damages
resulting to the remainder if less than the entire property was
taken and for all other damages of any nature. It is further,
ORDERED that attorneys fees and costs will be determined
by this Court at a hearing to be set upon Motion,-and it is
ORDERED that npon entry of this Final Judgment, the Plain-
tiff shall deposit the additional sum of EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR
ftUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($8,450) into the Registry of
the Court; and it is
