ORDERED AND DIRECT~D that the Clerk of this Court pay to
the Defendant, EILEEN 80LIN, the aforesaid sum of THIRTEEN THOU-
SAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($13,000) less any sums heretofore paid
to the above-named Defendant from the monies deposited in this
cause by the Plaintiff; and it is further
