Lender the rents of the Property. provided that Bomower shall, prior to acceleratio~ under puagraph 18 hereof or abandon-
ment of the Propetty. have the right to collect and retain such rents u tbey become due and payabk.
Upon accelention under paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment af the Property. i.eader shall be entided to have a
roceiver appointed by a~~ourt to enter upon. take possession of and manage the Property and to rnllect the rents of tlie
Propeny. including thaae put due. All rents collectod by the receiver shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
management of the Propeny and collection of rents. including, but not limited to, receiver's fees. premiums on receiver's
bonds aqd reaso~able attorney's fxs. and the~ to the sums secured by this Mortgage. The receiver shall be liable to aecount
only for those reots actuslly roceived.
21. Frtore Ad~aacts. Upon requact by Borrower, l.ender. at Lender's option withi~ twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon. shall be secured by ihis
Mongage when evideacod by promiuory notes stating that said notes are securod hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtedness socured by this Mongage, ~wt ineluding sums advanced in acoordanoe herewith to protect ihe
security of this Mortgage, eaoeod the or~ginal amount of the Note plus USS. ."""""""""""
22. Rdea~e. UpQO paymeat of all sums secured by this Mortgage, Lender shall ~+ekase this Moctgage without chuge
