DISSOLUTIO i~OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, :~aving come on for trial on the 13th day of
January, 1R81, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, and all parties being repre-
sented by counsel, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and the subject matter ofi this suit; that the relation
of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage is irretrievably broken and should be diss.olved and that the
parties hav.e stipulated in open Court as to the amount of attorney's
fees to be awarded. It.i~ thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between PEARLIE MAE BRIMIDGE
DODD, Wife, and JOHN DODD, Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolved
and the parties and each of them are hereby foreyer freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
. CHANGE OF NAME. PEAP.LIE MAE BRIMIDGE DODD shall henceforth
be known as PEARLIE MAE BRIMIDGE.
AT~ORNEY'S FEES. The Husband is hereby ordered to pay
the Wife's attorney Che sum of $150.00. Sai~ suLn shall be paid directly
to the Wife's attorney, Osborne Walker 0'Quinn,
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
