FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause having come on trial this the l~h day.of January,
1981 and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and~should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between SUSAN C. KOFOED
and DAVID JOHN KOFOED be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF MAIDEN NAME. The wife is hereby restored to
her maiden name of SUSAN CARI30SI.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from harrassing, molesting, threatening or otherwise
interferr'ing with the quite enjoyment of life by the other party and
all and singular sheriffs of the State of Florida are hereby empowered
to take into custody any party hereto violating this restraining order,
if the acts are committed in the presence of such sheriff.
4. AUTOMOBILE. The 1965 Tempest Pontiac automobile shall hereafter
become the property of the Husband and in the event the necessary documents
required to transfer the wife's interest in said automobile are not
