FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLU ION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 13th day of January, 1981,
and the Court having given full consideration to all tf~e evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and
sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between SALLIE MAE
ANDERSON and GUY FERNENDO ANDERSON be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. SALLIE MAE ANDERSON be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of SALLIE MAE GOODMAN and
to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
3. FEES AND COSTS. GUY FERNENDO ANDERSON shall pay the sum
of a100.00 toward the wife's attorney's fees incurred in this cause.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
