ORDER
THIS CAUSE, having come before the Court on the Mother's
Petition for Modification and the Father having withdrawn the Motion
to Dismiss and Motion to Strike from trial docket and all parties
havi.ng agreed in open Court to the following terms and the Court being
otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED F.ND ADJUDGED that the Mother, BELINDA R. CHASTAIN,
shall have reasonable visitation rights with the minor child, GLENN
J. CHASTAIN, on alternate weekends beginning on the weekend of January 16,
1981, from Friday at 3:30 P.M. through Sunday until 6:00 P.M. It is
further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Mother, BELINDA R. CHASTAIN,
shall have one continuous month of visitation with said child each and
every summer during the child's summer vacation from school. It is
further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that visitation shall be alternated
between the parties beginning with the Easter (Spring) vacation, 1981,
and such holida}rs shall include, in addition to the Easter holiday,
July 4, Thanksgiving, and the first one-half of the Christmas school
holiday which shall be calculated as one-half of said school holiday
beginning from the date school is dismissed until one-half of said
vacation is completed. At such time the other party shall have the
right to have the child visit him or her for the remainder of the
school vacation (the second one-half of said school holiday). The
Mother shall have visitation rights for such alternate holidays beginning
with the Easter (Spring) holiday and alternating between the parties
thereafter. It is further
