IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED and agreed by counsel for both
narties to this action that:
Petitioner, JAMES A. JONES, will be allowed to purge himself
by paying outstanding alimony to BETTY JONES in the amoumt
of $1000.00 towards alimony payments that are in arrears, and the
Respondent hereby agreeds to pay $1000.00 which represents ten
(10) months alimony per the Judge's Order when the house helded
jointly by the said parties is sold.
IT IS FURTHER stipulated and agreed that the respondent will
serve ninety (90) days in jail for noncompliance with the agree-
ment. The counsel for the Petitioner will file an affidavit of
noncompliance, and Respondent will not contest the confinement.
