RULE TO SHOW CAUSE
THIS C4USE was held on Wife's rlotion for Contempt, and it
is
ADJUDGED that the Husband, PHILLIP EARL HUNTER, is ordered
to appear before the undersigned Acting Circuit Judge on the Second
Floor of the St. Lucie County Courthouse~ Fort Pierce, Florida, on
January 19. 1981 , at 11:00 A.M. ~ and show cause
at Chat time, if any, why he should not be held in contempt of this
Court for his failure to comply with the final judgment of dissolution
of marriage~in this cause by making child support payments as ordered
and incarcerated in the St. Lucie County jail for~sixty (60) days
or until such time as he purges himself of said contempt of Court;
IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED that the Husband shall make all child
support payments in this cause in a timely fashion to the Clerk of
the Circuit Court as ordered in the final judgment of dissolution of
marriage in this cause;
IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED that the Husband is ordered to pay to
ERNON N. SIDAWAY. III, attorney for the Wife, the sum of $150.00 as
attorney's fees for the hearing held on December 5, 1980.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
