AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 13th day of January, 1981,
upon the Wife's Petition for I~lodification and/or Motion to Amend Final
Judgment and the Court having considered the Petition and Motion, and the
Court having heard counsel for both parties represent to the Court that the
parties have settled the controversy relating to the personal property
. owned by the parties and owned by the Wife and the attorney for the Husband
having represented to the Court that the Husband had no objection to the
Court amending the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage to provide
for the restoration to the Wife of her former name, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage rendered
in this cause be, and is hereby ordered amended as set forth herein.
2. That the Wife's former name of KATHLEEN VIRGZNIA BENNETT
be, and is hereby ordered restored to her and she shall henceforth be
known as such.
3. That except for the provisions set forth in this Amended
Final Judgment the Fin~al Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage rendered

by this Court in this cause is hereby ordered approved and confirmed
as to all other provisions.
DONE AND ORDERED this~day of January, 1981, at Fort Pierce,
Saint Lucie County, Florida.
