ORDER ~1~~
This cause came on to be heard on January I2, 1981 on
petitioner's prayer for temporary relief and the court having heard
the testimony of the parties and being fully advised in the premises,
it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The wife, SHARON SUE COLLINS, shaZl have temporary
care, custody and control of the minor children of the parties sub-
ject to the reasonable visitation rights of the husband, WALLACE
HOWARD COLLINS. The husband shall give reasonable notice to the
wife o~ each projected visit to the end that the plans the wife
makes for the children shall not be unreasonably disturbed.
2. The wife and the minor children of the parties shall
have the exclusive temporary use and possession of the marital home
located at 223 Indian Hills Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida and the
husband is ordered to vacate the marital home on or before January
12, 1981 at 6:00 PM.
3. That all items of personal property of the parties
with the exception of the husband's clothes and work tools and equip-
ment shall remain in the marital home. No personal property of the
parties shall be sold ~r otherwise disposed of pending £inal hearing
in this matter.
4. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from and against harassing the other, threatening the other~ using
force or violence against the other, or otherwise annoying or inter-
fering with the other party.
