LONNIE RAY PETERS,
Husband, and
DOROTHY ANN PETERS, Wife.
FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having~come on for trial on the lJ'~ day of
January, 1981, and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: That this Court has jurisdiction
ef the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LONNIE
RAY PETERS, Husband, and DOROTHY ANN PETERS, Wife, be and the same
is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY AND VISITATION OF CHILDREN. Custody of the
minor children of the. parties, PAMELA CAROL PETERS and SONYA LORRAINE
PETERS, is hereby awarded to the Wife. The Husband shall have rea-
sonable rights of visitation with either and both of said children,
having the right to visit them or have them visit him, at all rea-
sonable times and places, singly or together, provided that such
visitation does not disrupt their schooling: Before exercising his
rights of visitation, the Husband shall give reasonable advance
notice of his visit to the Wife.
