DISSOLUTIO i~OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the ~J ~ day of
Januar~y,~ 1981, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
~
given full consideration to all the evidence ann observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: This
Ccurt has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved-. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJDUGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between JIMMY MORGAN, Husband,
and LILLIE L. MORGAN, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved~ and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom. ~
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the three uriemancipated minor children
to-wit: TAMMY LYNN MORGAN, age 15 years, SHERRY ANN MORGAN, age 13
years and Jr1MES ELDON MORGAN~ age 10 years, is hereby awarded to the
~~ife, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Husband.
3. MO:JETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the ~b ~day of
January, 1981~ the Husband will pay to rhe Wife the sum of $25.00 per
child each and every week for the support of said children; said sum
to continue for each child until such time as that child reaches majority, -~
marries or becomes self-supporting.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit
