Court and by him remitted promptly to LILLIE L. MORGAN. In addition,
there is~hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made
in cash, money order or cashiers check. Both of tfie parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. REAL ESTATE CHILD SUPPORT. The Wife and the minor .+^
children shall have the right to use and possession of the marital
dwelling and contents thereof until the youngest child reaches 18
years of age, marries or becomes self-supporting. Said home is
located on Glades Cut-Off Road and is described as follows:
Beginning at the Plorthwest corner of Section 15,
Township 37 South, Rsnge 38 East, thence North
87° 06' 45" East, a distance of 50 feet to the
centerline of Carlton Road, thence South along
said centerline a distance of 1976.8 feer.,
thence North 8$° 04' 45" East, a distance of
1272 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Thence
South 0° 0' S7" East, a distance of 1205.55
~ feet to the Northwest right-of-way of the Glades-
Cut-Off Road. thence North 44° 44' 36" East along
said right-of-wa~ a distance of 724.8 feet, thence
~ North 36° 28' 07' West a distance of 853.95 feet
to the POIP~T OF BEGINNING.
The Husband shall continue to pay the mortgage payments
as set forth at O.F. Book 289, Page 244 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, plus all money due and owing on the mobile~home
which is situate on the above-described property.
The Husband is directed to pay all real estate taxes
on the marital dwelling.
Both Husband and Wife shall not further encumber or•-
a ttempt to transfer title or sale of their interest in the rnarital
home and.real property until the youngest child reaches the age of
18 years, marries or becomes self-supporting.
