FINAL JUDGMENT
OF
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the ~~' day
of January, 1981, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and deterinines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORI?ERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between DOYLE CLINE, Husband,
and JUSTIP~F. CLII`~E, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each o~f them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
aris ing therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the one minor male child, to-wit:
AARON DERKE CLIIIE, d.o.b. December 12, 1980, is hereby awarded to the
Wife, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Husband.
3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing an the ~~ day of
January, 1981, the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of $25.00 each
and every week for the support of the before-named child; said sum to
continue until such time as the child reaches majority, marries or
becomes self-supporting.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of ~the Circuit
Court and by him remitted promptly to JUSTINE CLIrIE. •In addition, there
