FINAL JUDGMENT
DETERMINING PATERNITY

THIS CAUSE. having come~on for hearing on the 14th day of
January and all parties having received proper and timely notice, and
the Defendant having admitted, through counsel, paternity of the subject
child and the Court being otherwise fully and well advised in the
prenises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGEL' that the minor child, CI.E!YTON I. JORDAN,
JR., d.o.b. October 14, 1978, is declared to be the legitimate child
of the Defendant, CLAYTQN I. JORDAN, and CATNERINE NICHOLSON, the
natural mother; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the natural mother, CATHERINE
NICHOLSON, shall have custody of said child subject to the Defendant's
right of reasonable visitation; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on January 16, 1981,
the De~endant/Father shall pay child support for and on behalf of said
child in the amour.t of~$35.00 per w2ek, plus $2.00 statutory fee.
All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers check. All
money orders and cashiers checks shall bear the Defendant's name, social
security number and case number and shall be made payable to the Clerk
of the Circuit Court, and sent to the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Support
Department, Post Office Box 700, Fort Pierce, Flcrida. Said amounti
shall be remitted forthwith by the Clerk to CATHERINE NICHOLSON at
her address shown below; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, CLAYTON I. JORDAN,
shall pay to the Wife's attorney the sum of $250.00 toward attorney's
