THREE: Simultaneously herewith the Purchaser has executed a promissory note for an additional advance under said mortgage in the

FOUR - The total amount including additional advance which the Purchaser is obligated to pay is 563, 200.00 ,
FIVE: The monthly principsl and inte~s~ p~ent due under the mortgage note and mortgage shall be S Z$~,.~~

SIX: Purchaser shall pay to the Note holder a Iate charge of four percent of any moathly installment not roceived by the Note
holder within fifteendays after the instaliment is due.
SEVEN: Purchaser maY prepsY the principal amount outstanding in whole or in part. The Mortgagee may requir~e Wat aay putial
prepayments (i) be made on the date monthly installments are due and (ii) be in the amount of that put of one or more monthly
instaliments which would be appGcable to principal. My partial prepayTnent shall be applied sg,ainst the principal amount
outstanding and shall not pcutpone the due date of any subsequent mor~thly installments or change the amount of such
instal4ne~ts. unless the Mortgagee shall otherwise agree in writiag. If. within five years fram the dete of this Assumption aad
Release Agoeement, Purchaser makes anY prcpayments in any twelve month period beginning with the date o~this Asswnption
and Release Agreement or anniversary dates thereof ("loan year") with money lent to Purchaser by a knder other thaa tl~e
Mortgagee. Purchaser shall pay the Mortgagee (a) during each of the first three loaa years ~- 37 5 percent of the amount

contained herein, and hereby assumes the IiabiGty for any deficiencies accruing from the sak of the property by the Mortgagee
through foreclosure or otherwise.
NINE: The Purchaser hereby agrees to. ratifies and confirms all of the conditions contained in the mortgage note and deod, including the
modifiod portions contained herein. .
T'EN: The Mortgagce, with the consent of the Purchaser evidenced by his signawre hereon. does hereby rclease Mortgagor from
personal liability arising from the execution of the mortgage note.
ELEVEN: This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, legal representatives. and assigns of each of the parties heretp.
