AGREEMENT

AGREEMENT, made this ~ day o~~~ar, 1980, between
GREFF DEVELOPMENT CO., a Florida corporation, also known as GREFF
DEVELOPMENT CO. OF FLORIDA, hereinafter referred to as."GREFF," and
ANDREW A. HENRY and ALBERTA D. HENRY, hereinafter referred to as
"HENRY."
WHEREAS, GREFF was the successor in title and interest to
Vimer Enterprises, Inc., of the following described lands:
Start at N.E. corner of Section 22, T37S,
R40E, St. Lucie County, Florida; thence
N89°59'49" West along North line of Section
22 a distance of 171.66' to Point of
Beginning; thence run SO°14'07" East along
said East line a•distance of 198.36' to
point of intersection with South line of
property described in Property Boundary ;
Line Agreement recorded in Official Records ~
Book 110, at pages 15 through 18, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
thence N89°59'49~" West along said South line ;
_• a distance of .522.30' more or less to waters
of North Fork of St. Lucie River; thence '
meander said waters Northerly a distance bf . i
260' mo~e or less to point of intersection '
~ with the North line of Section 22; thence

WFiEREAS, on May 9, 1980, GREFF and HErIRY entered into an
~greement, recorded in the Official Records of St. Lucie County,
?lorida, in O.R. Book 331,at pages 1006 through 1008; and
WHEREAS, the provisions of said Agreement fvr any alternate
~asement location are no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:
1. The Agreement of May 9, 1980, recorded in St. Lucie
~ounty, Florida, in Official Records Book 331, pages 1006 through
1008, is hereby canceled and each party releases the other from all
~bligations thereunder.
