The easement dated May 9, 1980, and recorded in St. Lucie County, Florida, in Official Records Book 331, at pages 1002 through 1005, between GREFF DEVELOPMENT CO., INC. and Tarpon Bay Villas Homeowners Association, Inc., and ANDREW A. HENRY and ALBERTA D. HENRY, his wife, shall remain in full force and effect. 3. The easement dated May 9, 1980, and recorded in St. Lucie County, Florida, in Official Records Book 331, at pages•1016 through 1018, between GREFF DEVELOPMENT CO., INC., and•ANDREW A. HENRY and ALBERTA D. HENRY, his wife, shall remain in full force and effect. 4. HENRY hereby acknowledges the obligations undertaken by GREFF as successor in title to the aforedescribed property from Vimer Enterprises, Inc., as more particularly set forth in certain instruments recorded April 27, 1979, in St. Lucie County, Florida, in Official Records Book 307, at pages 2276 through 2278 and • Jul~y.l3, 1979, in Official Records Book 312, at pages 2014 through 2015, have now been fully discharged by virtue of the granting of the subsequent and superseding easements described in paragraphs 2 and 3 above and by payment to HENRY from GREFF of'the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00), the receipt of which is hereby acknow- ledged by HENRY. 5. HENRY, for the considerations hereinbefore stated, hereby releases GREFF and his successors in title to the above- described property of and from any and all obligations contained in those certain instruments recorded on April 27, 1979, in St. Lucie County, Florida, in Official Records Book 30?, at pages 2276 through 2278 and July 13, 1979, in Official Records Book 312 at pages 2014 anc~ 2015; and the parties agree the said instruments shall hereby be and they are canceled and of no further force and effect.
