RECETPT, ACKNOWLEDGMENT. ASSUMPTION AND ACCEPTANCS OF PURCEiASER
>> Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acicna+ledges that this
: purchase of a condominiwn unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub~ect
• ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condominium in
which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim-
~~ ited to (whether the same are attached to~the Declaration of Condominiun or re-
ferred to therein)~ the By-LaWS of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
` the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
~~ brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
~-fj to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
~;' By-LaWS and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Orrners
~- Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and
` examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
~ plan, and acknoxledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
~~ ~ tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property
: and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein.
L Purchaser and all o~mers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
~ ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
- Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereb3• ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits
~ attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property OWner's
~' Assoeiation documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmoWledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
~~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assur^~s the obligations as to the
.F~ Property OWner's Association as to his condominium parcel. PurFhaser confirms
that all ~rarranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and
~~~~ the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Oxner's Association and
r other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
~ nor may one be relied upon except Where the same is sRecifically warranted or

guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
