~~ Purchaser, by acceptance and er.ecution of this Receipt, acknoWledges that this
~ purchas~ of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub~ect
.• ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condominiiun in
which his unit is located and Exhibits attaehed thereto, ineluding but not lim-
~`~ ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominiun or re-

ferred to therein), the By-LaWS of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
' the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro3ected operating budget, copy of sales
~~ brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
~- ~ to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
'~ ~' By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners
•- Association; and Purchaser further acknor~rledges receipt of and reading and
` examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
~.~ plan, and acknor~ledges tha~ each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
•~ tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property
~ and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein.
~ Purchaser and all amers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
'~ ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Deelaration and
`"'~ Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
,~ all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits
att3ched thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Ormer's
~° Association docwnents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
' able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnoWledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~mer's Association
;~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
_,~ to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Deelaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumas the obligations as to the
.,; ~ Property Ormer's Association as to his condomiaiwn parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all ~rarranties, representations, and induicements, if any, are as contained
~ in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto, and
•~s the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Otimer's Association and
~~~ other eharges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
- nor may one be relied upon except Where the same is specifically warranted or
a guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attaehed thereto.
