Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves ,~ all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits att3ched thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Ormer's ~° Association docwnents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ' able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnoWledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~mer's Association ;~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed _,~ to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Deelaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumas the obligations as to the .,; ~ Property Ormer's Association as to his condomiaiwn parcel.
