~VHEREAS, HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED, 1NC., a Delaware
corporation suthorized to transact business in the State of Florida, hereinafter
ealled "hiortgagoc," by the following desceibed documents geanted and conveyed
unto THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, a national banking association,
hereinafter called "hiortgagee" and Its essigns, the premises and pcoperty therein
particularly desccibed to secure the psyment of the sum of money hereinafter
mentioned with interest thereon:
Mortgage given by - HUTCHINSON ISI.AND LIMITED, INC., as
biortgagor, in favor of THE FIftST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, as ~iortgagee,
dated June 2, 1980, and filed in Offie~al Record Book 332, at Page 1703, in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in the original amount of Twelve
Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars (a12,700.000.00), together with an
Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recordeo in Offieial Record Book 332, at
Page 1728, and Assignment of Sales Contracts recocded in Official Record Book
332, at Page 1735, and UCC-1 Finaneing Statement recorded in Official Record
Book 332, at Page 1721, all of said documents filed in the Public Recocds of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and all of said documents recorded on June 5, 1980; and in
addition, a UCC-1 Financing Statement filed with the Seccetary of State, State of
Florida, on June 16, 1980, under File No. 1207244, between said parties; and
WHEREAS, the said Mortgege hRs requested the said Mortgagee to
release the premises and other property hereinafter c3escribed, being a part of said
Mortgage, and encumbered premises, from the liens and operatjon of said Mortgage
and other liens;
NO~V, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the said Mortgagee, in
consideration of the premises -and the sum of Ten Dollars (~10.00) and other good
and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and discharge from the lien and
operation of said Mortgage and other liens referred to above unto the said
Mortgagor, its suceessors and assigns that certain portion of the premises eonveyed
by said Nortgage, and other lieas referred to above more particularly described as
follows:
Condominium Unit No. 7525, CATA1iARAN II,
PHASE B, a Condominiu_m, according to the
Declaration of Condominium recorded July 15, 1980,
in Offieial Records F3ook 334, at Page 2451, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Floridl.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the snme, with the appurtenences, unto the
said 1~iortgagor, its successors end assigns forever, freed, exonerated and
discharged of and from the lien of said 14ortgage and every part thereof; provided
always, neverthele~ that nothing herein contained shall in anywise i--~pair, alter or
diminish the effect, lien or encumbrence of the aforesaid ylortgsge and other liens
referred to above on the remaining property of said mortgaged premises, not
hereby released therefrom, or any of the cights and remedies of the holder thereof.
