Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florid~, wherein HU'I'Cfl[NSON ISLAND
L•I\iITEU, INC, assumed the indebtedness secured by said ?4lortgage, and increased
the indebtedness to the principal sum of Thirteen ~9illion Dollars (~13,OOO,U00.00),
together witli an Assignment of I.eases, Rents and Profits recorded in Oificial
Recocd 13ook 2 9~, at P~ge 1002, and UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in
Official Record Book 2 9~ at Page 1008, all of said documents filed in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, FloridA, ~nd in addition, a UCC-1 Financing
Statement filed witii the Secretary of Sttite, State of Florida, on December 7,
1978, under File No. 966909, between st-id parties; and
~VHEREAS, the said blortguge has rcc~uested the said \9ortgagee to
release the premises and other pro~erty hereinn[ter described, being A part of siiid
1lortgage, and encumbered premises, from the liens and operation of said I4lortgage
and other liens;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the st;id Mortgagee, in considera-
tion of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollurs ($10.00) and other good and
•-valuable considerations to it in hand paid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor at
the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does
remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and discharge from the lien and operation
of said 1~tortgage and other liens referced to above unto the said 1lortgagor, its
successors and assigns that eertain portion of the premises conveyed by said-
tilortgage, and other liens referred to above more partic~ilnrly described as follows:
